Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions updated 31 October 2011.

Age Restrictions and Booking Information
a) It is your responsibility to check your tickets or confirmation emails; mistakes or errors cannot always be rectified afterwards.
b) All those attending a Ghost Tour, Ghost Coach Trip or Overnight Investigation must book their ticket in advance; we are unable to accommodate anyone who turns up at a location without a valid ticket. All tickets for Supernatural Events can be purchased online at www.supernaturalevents.co.uk or via one of our agents (eg North Pier Box Office, Lowther Pavilion Box Office etc – these will be detailed on the events page).
c) Please be advised to check and make allowances for any events likely to delay your arrival at the venue/location in time for the start of the event (e.g. traffic delays during Blackpool Illuminations).
d) Age restrictions: Young persons 14+ may attend a Grand Ghost Tour, Overnight Investigation or Grand Ghost Coach Trip when accompanied by an adult (18+). If an under 18 year old is attending a Supernatural Event, this must be made known at time of purchasing tickets by informing a member of the relevant box office staff or ticket outlet staff; if booking online, please use the Contact Supernatural Events form giving details of the date and location of the tour along with name and contact/address details.
e) The management of each venue/location and organiser of Supernatural Events reserves the right to refuse admission. Please note: should anyone arrive at any event organised by Supernatural Events and they are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
f) No responsibility may be accepted for personal property. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
g) Photography or video/audio recording inside many or our Ghost Tours locations is permitted. The venues reserve the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and recording in and around each venue.
h) It is general practice that tickets are not exchanged for other events or money refunded.
i) Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter the event or should circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
j) In the event of a change or cancellation to the event, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details left by the purchaser at the time of booking. Supernatural Events or a location/venue are not liable for any changes or inaccuracies in these details which may prevent the ticket holder being contacted. In the case of a group booking, the organiser who purchased the tickets is deemed responsible for communicating any changes to the group. Please do give a contact telephone number/email address when booking your tickets as this will help us contact you at short notice. It is preferable that a mobile number is given, as many events commence late into the evening and should the need arise to contact you this is perhaps the most effective way of communication.
k) In the interests of H & S Supernatural Events reserves the right to restrict public access to parts of a venue/location during all events.
l) In the event of a cancellation of an event, the Grand Theatre and Supernatural Events shall have no further liability other than the face value of the ticket.
m) Every effort is made to ensure that the information published on Supernatural Events’ websites, in brochures, literature and all other publicity materials and adverts is correct, however we advise prospective patrons to confirm event information and availability prior to making a special trip to a location/venue. Please remember that all tickets for Ghost Tours, Overnight Investigations and Coach Trips must be purchased in advance.
n) Free parking is occasionally available at some of our locations/venues; this will be detailed on the event page. Please note that Supernatural Events or the location/venue can not accept liability for vehicles and they are parked at owners risk.
