Age Restrictions and Booking Information
a) It is your responsibility to check your tickets or confirmation emails; mistakes or errors cannot always be rectified afterwards.
b) All those attending a Ghost Tour or Ghost Hunt must book their ticket in advance; we are unable to accommodate anyone who turns up at a location without a valid ticket.
c) Please be advised to check and make allowances for any events likely to delay your arrival at the venue/location in time for the start of the event (e.g. traffic delays during Blackpool Illuminations). Refunds can not be given because you have arrived late.
d) Age restrictions: No restrictions on a Blackpool Ghost Walk however it is recommended for children 10+. 16 and over on a Ghost Tour. 18 and over on an Overnight Ghost Hunt. If an under 18 year old is attending they must be accompanied by someone over 18 or over.
e) The management of each venue/location and organiser of Supernatural Events reserves the right to refuse admission. Please note: should anyone arrive at any event organised by Supernatural Events and they are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
f) No responsibility may be accepted for personal property. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
g) Photography or video/audio recording inside many or our locations is permitted for personal use only; not for professional broadcasting, vlogging or displaying on other websites/social networks etc unless express permission has been granted. Please contact Supernatural Events. The venues reserve the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and recording in and around each venue.
h) It is general practice that tickets are not exchanged for other events or money refunded. Additional agencies sell tickets for Supernatural Events' walks etc; offers or discounts may be available via these agencies. Any full priced tickets purchased can not be refunded due to other agencies selling discounted tickets or special offers.
i) Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter the event or should circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
j) In the event of a change or cancellation to the event, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details left by the purchaser at the time of booking. Supernatural Events or a location/venue are not liable for any changes or inaccuracies in these details which may prevent the ticket holder being contacted. In the case of a group booking, the organiser who purchased the tickets is deemed responsible for communicating any changes to the group. Please do give a contact telephone number/email address when booking as this will help us contact you at short notice.
k) In the interests of H & S Supernatural Events reserves the right to restrict public access to parts of a venue/location during all events.
l) In the event of a cancellation of an event, Supernatural Events shall have no further liability other than to refund the face value of the ticket.
m) Every effort is made to ensure that the information published on Supernatural Events’ websites, in brochures, literature and all other publicity materials and adverts is correct, however we advise prospective patrons to confirm event information and availability prior to making a special trip to a location/venue.
n) Please note that Supernatural Events or the location/venue can not accept liability for vehicles if parked on or near their premises. They are parked at owners risk.
