a) It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes or errors cannot always be rectified afterwards.
b) All those wishing to attend a Blackpool Ghost Walk are asked to arrive at least five minutes before the start time to ensure they have purchased their ticket. There are limited numbers of attendees for Ghost Walks; arrive early to avoid disappointment. All those attending a Ghost Tour, Ghost Coach Trip, Overnight Investigation, Ian Lawman Ghost Walk must book their ticket in advance; we are unable to accommodate anyone who turns up at a location without a valid ticket. All tickets for Supernatural Events can be purchased online at www.supernaturalevents.co.uk or via the Grand Theatre Box Office on 01253 290190 or at another of the theatre's agents (eg Information Desk at Blackpool's Hounds Hill Centre). Tickets for many events, such as Clairvoyant Evenings etc, may also be booked online at www.blackpoolgrand.co.uk. Supernatural Events tickets may also be purchased from Blackpool Tourist Information Centre, telephone 01253 478222. Every member of a Supernatural Event or an audience must be in possession of a valid ticket.
c)
Please be advised to check and make allowances for any events likely
to delay your arrival at the venue/location in time for the start of the event (e.g.
traffic delays during Blackpool Illuminations). Every effort will be made to admit latecomers
at a suitable point, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
d)
Purchase of tickets for Supernatural Events' tours etc are purchased
through Grand Theatre, Blackpool's terms and conditions; All major credit and debit cards are accepted by telephone or in person at the
Grand Theatre Box Office situated at 33 Church Street, Blackpool FY1 1HT or

to be posted out to you.
e)
Age restrictions: Young persons 16+ may attend a Grand Ghost Tour,
Overnight Investigation, Grand Ghost Coach Trip or an Ian Lawman Ghost Walk when accompanied by
an adult (18+). Young persons under 16 but over 14 may attend a Grand Ghost Tour when accompanied by a parent/guardian (18+), and the accompanying
parent/guardian must sign a "letter of responsibility"
for the young person on attending the event at the location. No young
persons under 16 may attend an Ian Lawman Ghost Walk or Grand Ghost Coach
Trip. If an under 18 year old is attending a Supernatural Event, this must
be made known at time of purchasing tickets by informing a member of the box
office staff at the Grand Theatre or if booking online, by using the Contact
Supernatural Events form
HERE, giving
details of the date and location of the tour along with name and
contact/address details. There are no age restrictions for an evening of
clairvoyance.
f)
Any patron who has a special needs request (eg wheelchair space,
headset, etc), must make this known at the time of booking as such requests
may not be able to be implemented retrospectively. As there are a finite
number of wheelchair spaces in both the Grand Theatre's main auditorium and
its Studio venue,
users must advise of their requirements at the time of booking; it is part
of our H & S policy that this number may not be exceeded.
g)
The management of each venue/location and organiser of Supernatural Events reserves the right to refuse admission.
Please note: should anyone arrive at any event organised by
Supernatural Events and they are suspected of being under the influence of
alcohol or drugs, they will asked to leave immediately. No refund will be
given.
h)
No responsibility may be accepted for personal property. Please keep your
belongings with you at all times. Please be aware that extra security
measures (e.g. searches) may be implemented.
i)
Photography or video/audio recording inside many or our Grand Ghost Tours locations is
permitted. The venues reserve the right for themselves or third parties to
carry out general filming and recording in and around each venue.
j)
It is general practice that tickets are not exchanged for other events or
money refunded.
k) Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter the event or
should circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable, without being
obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
l)
In the event of a change or cancellation to the event, ticket holders will
be notified via the contact details left by the purchaser at the time of
booking.
Supernatural Events or the Grand Theatre is not liable for any changes or inaccuracies in these details
which may prevent the ticket holder being contacted. In the case of a group
booking, the organiser who purchased the tickets is deemed responsible for
communicating any changes to the group. Please do give a contact telephone
number/email address when booking your tickets as this will help us contact
you at short notice. It is preferable that a mobile number is given, as many
events commence late into the evening and should the need arise to contact
you this is perhaps the most effective way of communication.
m) In
the interests of H & S Supernatural Events reserves the right to restrict public
access to parts of a venue/location during all events.
n)
In the event of a cancellation of an event, the Grand Theatre and
Supernatural Events shall have no
further liability other than the face value of the ticket.
o)
Every effort is made to ensure that the information on the Supernatural
Events & Grand Theatre websites, in
brochures, literature and all other publicity materials and adverts is
correct, however we advise prospective patrons to contact the Grand Theatre
Box Office (01253 290190) to confirm event information and availability prior to making a
special trip to a venue. Please remember that all tickets for Grand Ghost
Tours, Overnight Investigations, Grand Ghost Coach Trips and Ian Lawman
