Para-Projects; Mark, Rob and Jebby, the team
behind the hit Paranormal Channel television series Spook School, will be
leading two interactive workshops on Sunday 25th October as part of
SpookFest.
Details on both workshops are outlined below.

Time: 4pm (ends 6pm). Location: The Lawrence House Studio at the Grand Theatre, Blackpool. Tickets: £7 per person.
In this highly interactive hands-on workshop,
participants can take part in a range of fun psychic experiments to see if
they have any latent psychic abilities.
Experiments include:
Extra Sensory Perception (ESP):
See if you have any ESP abilities by having a go at our fun Zener Card test.
Zener cards have been used by parapsychologists since the 1930s to determine
if ESP exists, with interesting results.
Psychokinesis, or mind over matter:
It is believed, that under the right conditions, a majority of us have the
ability to affect everyday things around us using mind power alone. Try your
hand at a range of ‘mind over matter’ experiments to see if you can affect
a computer, make an object lighter or make something move by using just your
thoughts.
Dowsing for water:
Using the ancient art of dowsing, can you successfully detect water using
just a pair of Dowsing rods? Although not accepted by mainstream science,
many people have successfully made a living dowsing for underground springs
and archaeological remains.
Dowsing Hotspots:
Is it possible for people to leave ‘energy footprints’ behind after visiting
a location? And is it possible for others to detect these ‘footprints’ by
using Dowsing Rods alone? You may be surprised by the results!
Remote Viewing:
Remote Viewing is a clairvoyant discipline, where it is claimed that it is
possible to receive information about a distant or unseen target by
paranormal means. Both the CIA and KGB spent billions researching and
developing this technique during the cold war, with amazing results. In this
experiment, everyone taking part will be split into two groups - Senders and
Receivers. The task is for the Senders to pass sensory impressions to the
Receivers who then record and compare their impressions with the target.
Everyone taking part will get a chance to be a Sender and Receiver.
Each discipline and experiment is fully explained and supervised, and
conducted in a fun, friendly atmosphere. All equipment provided - all you
need to bring is an open mind.
