Lowther Pavilion, Lytham

The Lowther Pavilion is Fylde Borough's only theatre; situated in the Lowther Gardens in Lytham St Annes.

Opened in 1921, the original Pavilion was renovated in 1982, the history of this 457 seat theatre is relatively unknown, unlike the idyllic gardens in which is is based.

The Pavilion is used for a wide variety of events, not just theatrical productions; most amateur dramatic societies in the Fylde present their shows here. Many exhibitions, pet shows and demonstrations are regularly held there.

Free parking is offered within the grounds.

Join us as we explore the hidden side of Lytham's wonderful Lowther Pavilion and look for the woman who likes to follow people around, the man who hides beneath the stage and much more! You will also have the opportunity to explore an area of Lowther Gardens where you might just meet the "old lady".
