AWARD-WINNING GHOST TOURS RETURN TO LYTHAM THIS AUTUMN!

Blackpool’s award-winning Supernatural Events is bringing its eerie investigations to Lytham’s Lowther Pavilion!

Supernatural Events has been presenting Ghost Tours, Investigations, Evenings of Mediumship and other paranormal-based events across the Fylde Coast since Hallowe’en 2006, and on Friday 27th November you could have the opportunity to investigate some of the “strange goings-on” that have been reported at Lytham’s Lowther Pavilion.

The Lowther Pavilion is Fylde Borough’s only theatre, situated in the beautiful setting of the Lowther Gardens. Opened in 1921, the original Pavilion was renovated in 1982; the history of this 457 seat theatre is relatively unknown, unlike the idyllic gardens in which it is based. The Pavilion Theatre is used for a wide variety of events, from theatrical productions and exhibitions to pet shows and demonstrations and is loved and supported by its community.

But what happens when the shows are over, the audience, companies and theatre staff have left for the evening; when the doors are firmly shut and locked, and the lights are turned off? You can find out for yourself on Friday 27th November from 9pm to 11pm when you can take part in a ghost tour and try to find out what goes on in the darkened auditorium, stage areas and some other locations where the public do not usually get the chance to explore during daylight hours never mind late at night!

Stephen Mercer, founder of Supernatural Events said, “I am extremely excited about the November ghost tour at Lytham’s Lowther Pavilion. There were four ghost tours held there in 2008 and all those who attended had a fantastic time; so much so that there were quite a few people who attended on more than on occasion! I have been looking forward to returning to this beautiful building and for those who will be lucky enough to get tickets for this event, you will have a great time.”

What can be expected on the tour? Stephen is very secretive about that. “Many people have seen the popular television shows where investigators use equipment to aid them in their quest to experience paranormal activity… well those who come on the Lowther Pavilion Ghost Tour will have the opportunity to use some of that equipment for themselves.”

Tickets are priced at just £10, and as with all ghost tours, must be booked in advance. Call the Grand Theatre’s box office on 01253 290190, the Lowther Pavilion on 01253 658555 or book online at www.SupernaturalEvents.co.uk. Hurry though, places on Supernatural Events’ ghost tours do sell out quickly.
