IT'LL BE ALL FRIGHT ON THE NIGHT WITH SUPERNATURAL EVENTS!
Supernatural Events has announced its September to December 2008 diary of “ghostly goings-ons” and “eerie events” that includes Grand Ghost Tours at some of Blackpool’s most haunted locations; a Spirtual Evening of Mediumship with Helen Chadwick at the Grand Theatre’s Studio venue; Ian Lawman, star of LivingTV’s Living With The Dead, returns for another overnight ghost walk; and a coach trip to Samlesbury Hall, Preston.
New for this season are ghost tours at LOUIS TUSSAUD’S WAXWORKS and PLEASURE BEACH BLACKPOOL!
Grand Ghost Tours return “home” to the Grand Theatre, Blackpool to investigate the strange happenings in the auditorium and stage areas on Friday 12th September and Monday 6th October. There will also be overnight investigations on Wednesday 5th November and Friday 12th December.
On Wednesday 3rd September and Tuesday 2nd December Supernatural Events visits Blackpool Zoo, the site of the Blackpool Municipal Aerodrome which was in operation throughout World War II with its Grand Ghost Tours when those attending will have the opportunity to investigate the original hangers, including the elephant house, and control tower for themselves!
North Pier Theatre has become one of the most popular locations for ghost hunters and paranormal enthusiasts. Two ghost tours have been arranged for the new season; Monday 29th September and Friday 28th November.
Supernatural Events will visit the intimate Lowther Pavilion in Lytham on Monday 22nd September and on Tuesday 11th November return to Blackpool Illuminations Depot, one of the locations visited by Derek Acorah with his Ghost Towns television series.
There will be ghost tour at Blackpool Opera House on Monday 3rd November and to celebrate Supernatural Events second anniversary a Hallowe’en Ghost Tour of the Winter Gardens on Friday 31st October.
There will be two ghost tours at Louis Tussaud’s Waxworks; Thursday 16th October and Monday 24th November, when participants will walk through the famous Chamber of Horrors… in the dark!
Pleasure Beach Blackpool is the latest venue to join Supernatural Events’ list of haunted locations. There will be a Grand Ghost Tour on Tuesday 18th November with visits to the Ghost Train and the Arena. More dates will be announced in the near future.
Tickets for all Grand Ghost Tours cost just £10 per person, £25 for an Overnight Investigation.
Following the successful coach tours to Lancaster Castle, Derby Gaol and Pendle Hill, Supernatural Events will be travelling to Samlesbury Hall near Preston on Friday 3rd October. The coach departs from the Grand Theatre at 7pm for four and a half hours of private investigations into the reported hauntings of this 14th Century Manor House. Hurry though, tickets always sell out! Purchase your place now.
Supernatural Events is pleased to announce that Medium Helen Chadwick will be presenting her Spiritual Evenings of Clairvoyance at the Lawrence House Studio at the Grand Theatre on Wednesday 29th October at 7.30pm. Helen has appeared at the venue on three previous occasions; all sell-outs, book your seats now, tickets cost only £10 each!
The star of television’s Living With The Dead, Most Haunted and I’m Famous and Frightened, psychic medium Ian Lawman, will be special guest on an Overnight Ghost Walk at the Spanish Hall Suite in Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Monday 27th October. Ian will also be presenting psychic and meditation workshops at this event. Tickets only £65.
